RedFred was found on a friend's back doorstep...and what a place to be found! There were lots and lots of collies and lots of kids, too. He made himself at home there while the ad in the paper ran for his owner to track him down which never happened. So...I took him in, got his shots up to date and neutered him with the help of a friend. RedFred was adopted out really quickly, went to live with a family of 5 kids but only got to stay 2 weeks because of allergies in the family. He was really good with the kids, loves to play with toys and really liked playing with the other neighborhood dogs. Around here he meets everyone with a wagging tail and begs to play with anyone...human or canine. He's a real player.
We did learn that RedFred was born in May 2008, so he is still under one year old.
So as you can see, RedFred has been through a lot in his young life.
Right now he is in east/central Indiana awaiting his forever home!
